Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Benefits  

Our client a global IT Service organisation is seeking experienced Business Analysts who will work on a digital transformation program that will deliver a new cloud management platform to manage hybrid cloud environments.

Working in an agile environment, you will be part of a DevOps team and will be responsible for understanding business processes and requirements as well as existing system behaviours to produce high quality user stories that can be estimated, built and tested


Responsibilities for the Technical Business Analyst  will include (but not limited to):

  • Writing high quality, testable user stories to ensure that these can be estimated, delivered by developers and used to define test automation and which.

  • Analysing, understanding and documenting existing system behaviour, including data mapping to support integration design as well as identification of system features and data requirements.

  • Data/business analysis required to identify volumetric requirements for specific use cases to feed into capacity models and performance testing as well as gathering and refining operational requirements.


Skills required for the Technical Business Analyst include (but are not limited to):

  • Familiarity with designing Contracts between subsystems – APIs written in Word / Swagger etc

  • Technical experience with Private and Public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and the likes – ie designing against cloud infrastructure.
