For our client in Apeldoorn we are looking for a Scrum Master.
Within the department we work with Scrum and DevOps and the teams are integrally responsible for the entire technical service, from idea to production. We offer an informal working atmosphere from a dynamic environment. Sometimes it works better to change your mind and you can play a game of table tennis with your teammates, play games or realize a design with the 3D printer. We also have an innovation hub to work together in a different atmosphere.
Because we consider innovation of paramount importance, an Innovation Friday is organized once a month in which new, promising techniques are tried out and "Taco" sessions are regularly held in which knowledge is shared.
Description of project in which the temporary worker is employed
The technological innovation team is looking for a Scrum Master.
There are approximately 50 DevOps teams working within our board. These teams are often supervised by a scrum master / agile coach. A team has been set up for this within the technological innovation unit. 9 Scrum Masters work in this team, who can often be found in the DevOps teams.
Job description
As a Scrum Master you take a fresh look at our working methods and processes. You help the DevOps teams to become more efficient and effective in what they do, in particular you do what it takes to enable our teams to create added value for our customers. The work environment is dynamic. You have to deal with new technologies and legacy. The teams that work with this are working on the scrum methodology at different levels. As a Scrum Master you are the one who motivates the teams and allows them to grow.
Skills Needed
At least 3 years of experience in developing digital products (eg Agile software development)
At least 3 years of experience as a dedicated scrum master or agile coach
Certified Scrum Master (minimum PSM1)
Good command of the Dutch language in word and writing.
