Role: Technology Resilience Assurance Senior Manager
Type: Permanent
Locations: Newbury/Paddington (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £100K

Our client, a globally recognized IT solutions and consultancy company are looking to bring in a Technology Assurance Senior Manager on a permanent basis. The Technology Assurance Senior Manager will lead a team of assurance specialists to monitor and assist management in mitigating technology-related risks across Mobile, Fixed, IT, and Platforms. This position will report to the Head of Technology Assurance, leading a team of 5 direct reports.

Responsibilities for a Technology Resilience Assurance Senior Manager include (but are not limited to):

-Transform the way they manage technology resilience risk so that Risk tolerance targets are achieved. 
-Lead Governance for one of the client's key technology risks up to board level, managing and reporting to Senior Stakeholders.
-Develop an Assurance strategy and plan for Technology Resilience whilst implementing testing across Group entities and local markets. 
-Understand the Solutions/Architectures to lower risks and increase Technology Resilience.

Skills required for a Technology Resilience Assurance Senior Manager include (but are not limited to):

-Experience of Line Management roles and ability to motivate staff.
-Experience working within Technology Resilience. 
-Experience in Technology Governance and Risk Management. 
-At least one risk, audit or governance certification e.g. CISA, CRISK, CGEIT
-Strong Stakeholder Management Skills.
-IT Audit experience including application audits, general control reviews and/or data analytics.
