Role: Conversation / Chat-Bot AI Technical Lead

Our client, a global IT services and digital consultancy business are proactively looking to increase their Chat-Bot / AI development team for their own internal projects and their consultancy services solutions for their external clients.

The main responsibilities of the Technical Lead - Conversational AI are as follows:

- Hands on approach with understanding and influencing the full stack of the team's delivery and technical output in relation to chat-bot / conversational solutions

- Support bots covering a wide range of conversational scenarios such as inbound support, outbound outreach and qualification of inbound contacts

- Work closely with the "Head of Software Engineering" for the design of AI bots, driven by real life customer needs

The key skills required from the successful Technical Lead - Conversational AI are as follows:

- Deep knowledge of user experience
- Able to lead delivery practice
- Able to mentor and develop technical team members
- Exposure to Google business messaging or apple business chat
- Java coding experience
- Humanfirst Ai or Qbox
