The responsibilities of the successful ServiceNow Technical Consultant are as follows:

- Deliver high quality ServiceNow implementations based on business requirements
- Ensure coding and design standard, providing technical hand-over documentation
- Communicate clearly complex issues to meet customer expectations around ServiceNow delivery 

The main experience requirements for the successful ServiceNow Technical Consultant are as follows:

- Widespread and proven delivery across multiple areas of the ServiceNow platform, including functionality and the database
- Over 5 years experience of similar roles within the ServiceNow ecosystem 
- Proven specialisms across a few major areas of the platform (ITOM, HR, PPM, Integrations)
