Our client is a fantastic IT brand with a global presence specifically providing innovative software solutions for the enterprise storage industry. The business has, despite economic circumstance, performed extremely well during the pandemic and needs to continue hiring, and they’re now growing the Order Management teams across EMEA.
You will be a valued member of the EMEA Operations team, and the Order Management Specialist with have the responsibility for managing tier 2 activities through the order fulfillment cycle.
Responsibilities for the Order Management Specialist will include (but are not limited to):
•You must be able to calculate and prepare of sales quotes, as well as order processing via the CRM tool (Currently SalesForce)
•You will be testing licensing assessments and delivery
•Conducting license customisation, and keeping up to date with research when required
•You will be responsible for the renewal of record updates and renewal anniversary date changes
Skills required for the Order Management Specialist include (but are not limited to):
•Hands on experience with SalesForce or other CRM systems
•Experienced user of Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Excel
•Excellent mathematical understanding and great attention to detail
•Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
