We partner with a Global Technology Vendor; who help their customers through their IT Resilience Platform, which brings disaster recovery and data protection together into a single, simple management solution across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments. Together, we’re looking for a German speaking, Enterprise Sales Engineer to join their ever-growing sales team!


As an Enterprise Sales Engineer you will provide your technology, design, and program expertise to customers as well as resell partner members of the Partner Ecosystem. You will also work with prospective customers & partners who are working to evaluate and deploy solutions, helping to identify & present the value in each opportunity.


Responsibilities for the EnterpriseSales Engineer will include (but are not limited to):

  • Deliver our client’s message and vision to potential customers and partners, including technical architectural presentations and product demonstrations.

  • Hold conference calls and face-to-face meetings to discuss potential commercial and technical compatibility with their software.

  • Develop relationships with customers, prospective customers, partners, and potential partners as a trusted technical consultant.

  • Provide technical guidance and support of sales efforts to drive team-based selling with aligned account executives


Skills required for the EnterpriseSales Engineer include (but are not limited to):

  • You will need to have experience with VMware products including vSphere, vCenter, and vCloud Director

  • Ideally, you’ll have experience with other hypervisor-based products/infrastructure (e.g. Hyper-V, KVM, etc)

  • Understanding of public clouds (e.g. Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, etc)

  • Understanding of storage concepts, architecture and storage platforms (e.g. SAN/NAS/DAS)

  • Ideally, you’ll have working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms.

For this role, you will need to speak fluent German!
