Oracle CX Cloud Architect

Salary - £90,000>£105,000
We are currently looking for an Oracle CX Cloud Architect to join the team at a Global IT Solutions Company, working with the latest cutting edge technology.
Responsibilities
Interpret client business requirements to understand their Customer Relationship (CX) Requirements
Use this knowledge of CX requirements to enable the design of Oracle Cloud based solutions in a hybrid environment fitting “new with old” services:
SaaS (Cloud Applications)
PaaS (Integration Cloud)
IaaS (Cloud Hosted Solutions)
Gather and document customer requirements in workshops, meetings, and one-to-one discussions.
Design end to end solutions based on Oracle Cloud within hybrid environments.
Identify solution gaps and try to address them using standard functionality. Where this cannot be done, analyse and document the functional gaps and to draw up options.
Write design documentation for identified and agreed gaps / functional extensions to enable an Oracle Technical team member to develop the solution.
Ensure all work passes through correct governance and associated gates.
Produce high quality design documentation
Develop and deliver creative presentations.
Required Skill-set:
Should be experienced in some or all of the following areas:
Oracle cloud consultant or architect with strong / good knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud based solutions covering:
Oracle SaaS based applications: specifically, Oracle’ s CX Commerce Suite, with knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud and SCM Cloud highly desirable
Oracle IaaS
Oracle PaaS
Oracle Technology
Security, Alerting, and Disaster Recovery within Oracle Cloud and other Oracle Technologies
Network architecture, and identity and access management
Heritage Oracle Non-Cloud Applications, including migration and upgrade knowledge including to Oracle Cloud
Oracle License and Subscription policies
Knows and can use Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM).
Demonstrable experience of gathering customer requirements in workshops, meetings and one-to-one discussions.
Demonstrable experience of interpreting the requirements and design of the Oracle Cloud applications to support requirements and business processes
Demonstratable experience of strong teamwork and ability to pull various project teams together to provide a coherent and effective delivery of multiple requirements
Write required documentation to a good level of English
Desirables:
· TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) certification
· ITIL v 4 certification
· Agile qualification (or experience)
· Experience of the Atlassian product set
· Experience in other, related technologies that could be transferred with support and additional training
