Location: South of Belgium (Near Luxembourg / Wollonia)

Salary: €110,000 with €170K OTE (60/40)

Our client, a global IT services business with a strong focus on enterprise Cloud, Application and Software solutions is looking for an experienced Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to act as a strategic partner to their customers and manage new and existing client relationships in the Insurance and Banking sector. This executive will be responsible for setting the direction for new and creative innovation for expansion and account profitability. It’s crucial this executive is fluent in French, Dutch and English (oral and written with French being the native language)

Responsibilities for the Lead Sales Executive will include (but are not limited to):

•Identifying and creating a pipeline of qualified prospects through to managing and closing new and existing deals

•Specialise in the on boarding of new projects within large scale Cloud, Applications and Software services

•Managing and listening to clients expectations to consult and sell them the most appropriate IT solutions and services

•Continuously working to establish growth and expansion opportunities for clients

•Act as an industry expert in the Insurance and Banking sector for all potential and current clients

Skills required for the Lead Sales Executive include (but are not limited to):

•Extensive business development experience (preferably in the Insurance & Banking sector)

•Competent with IT solutions, Digital Transformation, IT services and processes. Apps/cloud/software solutions

•Fluent in French, Dutch and English (oral and written)

•Proven sales and client relationship management experience. Excellent evaluation skills in relation to understanding and identifying clients business problems, good problem solving and critical thinking skills
