Our client, a global IT Services organisation that provide a whole spectrum of services is urgently recruiting a team of Customer Services Representatives for one of their Key clients based in Preston. The client is a retail organisation and we are offering a number of roles on a 37.5 hour per week shift based opportunity. There are two main sites, one in Preston, the other, Warrington and we are looking for a team of people within each area.


Responsibilities for the Customer Services Rep will include (but are not limited to):


  • Acts a first point of contact for Account Managers via telephone, written correspondence and forms
  • Guide Account Managers accurately and professionally through business processes enhancing the customer experience
  • Be familiar with policies and procedures, processing rules and systems


Skills required for the Customer Services Rep include (but are not limited to):


  • Previous customer service experience
  • Working via telephone and written correspondence in a customer service environment
