Salary: £105K Base - £180K OTE
Excelerate is partnering with an IT Management Software Provider who is currently looking to bring on a Channel Leader to join their team. The successful candidate will take the lead implementing the company’s strategy to drive forward revenue growth and play a pivotal role in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key partners and organisations; securing new business and closing strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities for the Channel Sales Senior Manager will include (but are not limited to):
• Lead and develop a growing team of industry professionals in the UK and Ireland.
• Drive the daily accountability for Channel Account Managers on company objectives.
• Achieve overall sales objectives and work across multiple company functions to build repeatable playbooks.
Skills required for the Channel Sales Senior Manager include (but are not limited to):
• 5 years experience with industry leading companies is a must.
• Proven leadership experience in previous roles.
• The ability to develop long-term strategic and executive level relationships.
• Enterprise Software Background and knowledge of Microsoft solutions is heavily desirable.
