Excelerate is partnering with a leading, independent technology partner, who, after recent success and expansion, are seeking to bring on a ServiceNow Project Manager on a full time basis. The successful candidate will be a key member of the fast-growing Solutions Development team and will be responsible for the successful delivery of new products built on the ServiceNow platform across the business.

 

Responsibilities for the ServiceNow Project Manager will include (but are not limited to):

 

  • Direct and manage project delivery across the entire project lifecycle from initiqal engagement through to requirement analysis and testing.

  • Working with Senior Management and Stakeholders, you will effectively communicate project expectations to achieve goals and plan and track project timelines.

  • You will report into the Solutions Development Director and proactively manage changes within the project, identifying any issues and managing risks.

 

Skills required for the ServiceNow Project Manager include (but are not limited to):

 

  • You must be eligible for SC Clearance

  • Excellent knowledge of ITIL disciplines and their implementation applications is essential

  • Previous experience managing Software Development & IT Service Management related projects is a must.

  • Excellent customer facing and communication skills is needed for this role.
