Business Development Manager - EMEA
Working as a business development executive it's my intention to constantly be expanding my knowledge, and my network within Cybersecurity, connecting with key leaders, and building new relationships. From this, I gain a deep understanding of their technical hiring challenges. It's my job to articulate Excelerate in a way that allows them to see the value we offer as a key partner in security. I then aid the progression of the partnership before assigning a specialist account manager to oversee the relationship moving forward, executing on key projects.
I am an extremely inquisitive person, constantly asking questions and learning, this really aids me in my role as it allows me to know more about why hiring managers are not satisfied with in their current recruitment process. This allows me to demonstrate Excelerate in the most attractive way to them. I really enjoy talking with people and building rapport, I believe this makes me good at what I do, leaving a lasting impression after every conversation.
I love shopping, a little bit too much! Some would even say I'm a shopaholic... it's a slight addiction! I spend a lot of time with my friends going for dinner drinks and socializing.
