Mark Bradley - Managing Director

Mark is the founder of Excelerate and is responsible for it’s day-to-day running and welfare. Mark has over 12 years experience in running IT recruitment companies. Prior to Excelerate Mark built ventures, from inception to the point where they operated as smooth business entities.

Marc Pamphilon - Sales Director

Marc has been with Excelerate for over 10 years and has primarily focused on the Storage and Server sector of the IT industry. Marc holds strong relationships with managers at HP, HDS, SCC to name but a few. Marc is responsible for the consultants and ensuring our clients receive the service they deserve.

Craig Hunter - Senior Recruitment Consultant

Craig has worked for EXCELerate since they formed in 2001 and prior to this worked with the EXCELerate management team in a previous venture. His client portfolio has been able to boast many brand vendors, including those such as IBM and Microsoft.

Nick Holt - Senior Recruitment Consultant

Nick has many years recruitment experience within the IT sales arena. Nick won the UK recruitment contract to supply Network Appliance and still to this day holds key relationships within Network Appliance. Nick predominately works in the Storage and Software sales recruitment area.

Richard Mapeli - Recruitment Consultant

Richard previously worked for Dell and moved over into IT sales recruitment some 5 years ago. Richard has a great understanding of the IT community and what it takes to be successful. Richard manages clients like Computacenter, Logica, Genesis to name a few.
