What is a Managed Service?

A Managed Service provides the client with the opportunity of filling a particular recruitment requirement within a pre-determined time scale using EXCELerate as the sole agency to source the candidate, utilising the following methods:

  • Utilising EXCELerate standard methods of candidate attraction, as detailed in our Standard Service

  • Consultant pre-screens and interviews all candidates prior to providing a short list
